At Rachel Gilbert, we strive to ensure your designer pieces are perfect; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and security seals still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
